I would always put on some music to sooth the pain... you know, the pain of knowing I was NOT living the life I desired or deserved.

All so I could go work for a boss that was clueless to my TRUE value. And I was still making a paycheck that was less than glamorous.

But I was determined to change my life, just like you are...

Now, I'm not the smartest guy in the world, and certainly not a GURU or anything, but I did know there had to be a way out of that life... just remember when you ask you will receive. And receive I did...

The question I kept asking is "if other people can live a dream life, a life where they get to do what excites and fulfills them, then why can't I?". Well, the answer I got was..

I couldn't live the life of my dreams and be fulfilled because:

	I didn't have large SAVINGS account
	I didn't have a business that could replace my income
	I was worried about what my family would think if I left my JOB
	I was worried about what my friends would think
	I was scared of doing the WRONG thing
	I was scared of FAILING
	I didn't want to end up working harder than I already was
	I was even worried I would never find my true love...

This went on for over a year before something changed, I'll share with you the key to what changed my whole life, and what can change yours in a minute. First, just try to understand that working in a job I hated and being confined to an office might as well been a life sentence in Federal Prison. And, for me it was extra frustrating, because...

I had my dream life before and lost it...

Here's what happened...

You see back in 2001 I had started an online business that allowed me to make plenty of money and enjoy life without putting a ton of extra hours in.

Heck, I spent most of the time on the lake in my 19ft Bass Boat chasing the BIG ONE. I fished in tournaments, I traveled all up and down the gulf coast and fished (fishing is one of my passions - if you couldn't tell).

I spent time with my four kids, and my three dogs, I took trips to Las Vegas, New Orleans and Florida and generally had a good time. But there was something VERY, VERY wrong....

There was something so sinister going on that I did not know about, and it would cause me to lose the very business that provided me the life I loved. And I discovered...

What was going on was not nearly as clear as it first might seem.

Yes, it's true that I made some bad business decisions, and chose the wrong business partner. Yes it's true I went through a rather unpleasant divorce...

And, while those things surely could have been the cause of my losing the business that provided me my Mobile Lifestyle, they were most certainly NOT the number 1 factor. What I discovered in my long journey back, was, I had been brainwashed into sabotaging my own business. And when I got to the bottom of it...

I was shocked at what I uncovered, because...

I started to realize something else...  but what I realized only came out of my unwillingness to settle for living a lie, and my mad passion for adventure and fulfillment. I just couldn't let the four walls of that office confine me any longer. I eventually discovered that all the things I thought were stopping me were not real. Then the I realized, it was the questions I had been asking myself gave me the answers I was getting.

Are you following me... the question I kept asking was "if other people can live a dream life, a life where they get to do what excites and fulfills them, then why can't I?"; And I got the answers to why "I could NOT live a life that excited and fulfilled me"...

The key was when I changed the question, then EVERYTHING changed.

Fortunately for me when I had got a job after losing my business I had taken Robert Kyosaki's advice about "working for what you can learn, not for what you get paid".  I ended up securing a job with one of the top personal coaching companies in America at the time. I got to work with people like Joe Vitale, Bob Doyle, Kevin Wilke and others. And that's not all...

I was also surrounded by GREAT coaches and everyday I got support and coaching (something I highly recommend you do) and that allowed me to look at what I really wanted and what was keeping me from it. After a while of being in that environment I discovered when you asked different questions you get different answers.

So I began asking...

"How can I travel, live and work anywhere, now?"

I also asked "how can I break free of this office and still have a great income?". Again - when you ask, you shall receive and I did receive answers, answers that were right there all the time. The first thing to happen was I had to make a decision that it was time to take action.

At this point I had already read the "Four Hour Workweek" by Timothy Farris and decided all I really needed was a plan for a mobile lifestyle, support for times when I felt weak or stuck and the belief in myself that I could succeed. It wasn't long after that...

I marched into the boss' office and handed him my resignation!

Get over what other people think, and REALLY get over what you "think" they think... this is all just resistance to your dream. When you do...

It's time to set up your mobile income. Choose a business or find employment that let's you be exactly who you are. After that, you have to do this...

Surround yourself with people that will support your dream!

Remember earlier when I said I had been brainwashed into sabotaging my own business. Well I don't think people do it on purpose (but who knows); anyway, just realize that people and institutions all around you are constantly brainwashing you.

They implant their own values, goals and beliefs in your head. It was because of this, that I had created my own business failure. Once I got coaching and saw clearly what I had done, it was easy for me to get back a business that I love...
